Francisco is an expert in organization change and Lean Six Sigma with proven experience guiding critical change initiatives and enabling clients to deliver significant results. He’s an insightful business advisor who combines outstanding technical skills with emphasis on the people and cultural elements of business change.
Francisco entered the consulting field in 2010 after experience with GE Mexico, Johnson Controls, Beachmold Mexico and Phillip Morris. His responsibilities ranged from supervising engineering teams to leading implementation of Lean, quick changeover and 5S projects. As a consultant, he serves as a strategic-level advisor to leaders in various disciplines and has trained several hundred Yellow, Green, and Black Belts—helping clients capture significant results in cycle time, OEE and scrap reduction.
Francisco is faculty member of Universidad del Valle de México, teaching Industrial Engineering, Quality, and MBA Courses. Francisco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, an MBA from Instituto Tecnológico de Celaya and is certified in Project Management. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Givaudan: Worked with North and South American regions to deploy the Continuous improvement skills and culture. Francisco is the lead instructor for the Green Belt program and has trained more than 200 trainees.
Regional Hospitality Company: Provide consulting and lead the effort to implement strategic planning, KPI definition, improvement project portfolio definition and prioritization, coaching projects, training Green Belts and Yellow Belts, with savings impact on balance for the hotel group, increasing sales 30%.

When not helping organizations improve, Francisco loves playing with his kids, overland Jeep trips and creating new recipes for the grill.
